Natural Superficiality series

In this series exploring liquid surfaces, the artist aims to interrogate the irony inherent in aesthetics, drawing attention to the way we are simultaneously drawn to both the ambiguity of the concept of "superficiality" and what we commonly refer to as "natural."

Kaleidoscopic Sculptures series

We find ourselves with the results of imperfect angles and edges of the “sculpture” or subject photographed appealing to a type of ‘wabi sabi’ aesthetic. This “kaleidoscopic sculptures” series ignites an inquiring wonder created by the photographic framing that makes in each intersection of edges a subtle thin line between what we know and what we don’t know about the resulting shape’s size, direction or position.
